Terms & Conditions

Online Shopping 
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product image are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

Payment Methods
Orders can be paid with Direct Bank Transfer and in certain cases Cash on Delivery. (Cash on Delivery NOT available in Malaysia)
Currency shown are in Australia Dollars. (For Malaysian market, please email us directly at themodestsociety@gmail.com)
We shall not published our account details or other personal documents via this website.
All payment made must accompanied with proof of payment that to be emailed to themodestsociety@gmail.com.

Ordering
You can place your order via our official Facebook page or Instagram or through our email. All orders will receive an invoice as a confirmation of your order. This doesn’t applicable to Cash on Delivery order.

Delivery
In stock item
-        Item will be pack and ship within 48 hours after payment received.
-        Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.
Pre order
-        The item will be shipped once it is ready, as agreed by customer.

Orders around Western Australia metropolitan areas can be arranged for pick up on appointments. 
(NOT available in Malaysia)

Customers will have the option to choose between regular or registered post. However, we prefer Registered Post as customers could tract their parcel. Item is delivered at customers’ risk.
(In Malaysia, all postage will be done via POS Laju. Tracking number will be provided in 24 hours via personal message)

Return and Exchange 
At The Modest Society, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied (wrong size, damaged or faulty goods) you may return your purchase in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached. (Subject to availability of replacement stocks).

Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.

For damaged or faulty goods, if approved, we will arrange a free replacement delivery or refund your purchase price if item is out of stock.

For wrong size issue, the charges for handling and postage are customers’ responsibility.

The Modest Society is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. It is customers’ responsibility to ensure the return goods arrive safely to The Modest Society.

Sale items however cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly or due to change of mind.
